Jeff grew up in San Diego with a strong interest in punk music and comic books. He currently lives here with his partner Kristine and their rescued/rehome bulldog, Lola. Jeff spends his time outside of tattooing surfing, exploring the city with his family, and finding new places to eat.

Jeff is dedicated to giving all of his clients a beautiful, solid tattoo every time in a professional and comfortable space. Jeff currently works at Portside tattoo.
